I am a proud descendant of Te Arawa (Ngāti Rangitihi) and Tūhoe, and my whakapapa also connects me to Scotland, Norway, Sweden, England, Ireland, Hawaii, and Tonga.My passion lies in coaching and supporting people through their journeys. Grounded in Te Ao Māori values and a strong belief in Manaakitanga and leadership, I focus on helping individuals and organisations achieve a balance between performance and well-being.
